Stewart Coached Field Hockey, Soccer, Volleyball, Softball, Basketball and Cheerleading.
SOCCER
Won 3 Section V Class C Championships 1974, 75 & 76
BASKETBALL
Had 4 undefeated seasons 1969, 1970, 1971 and 1972
Won 2 Section V Class C Championships 1976 and 77
CHEERLEADING
Won 1 Section V Class C Championship in 1975
NYS Coach of the Year 1976
Won Several Finger Lakes Championships.
Jeanne Stewart was the 1st woman to attend the Bobby Knight coaches clinic. When Jeanne arrived she was
dismissed by the male Coaches. But Coach Gordan Joesph who tookher had the respect of Coach Bob Knight. Coach Knight
welcomed Jeanne to the clinic and she then gained all the respect from others as she showed them her defensive ideas.
Coach Stewart was instramental in getting Title IX in Finger Lakes Region and Section V. As well as New York State.
As she thought that the girls sports programs were just as, if notmore important then the male sports programs.
Coach Stewart loved and respected all her students as if they were her own.

A pioneer in the implementation of Title IX guidelines in Section V. Guided Bloomfield girls to Section V titles in 1976 and 1977.
